Green pea pancakes with salmon and yogurt sauce horseradish is an idea for a tasty and very versatile dish. We can make pancakes serve for lunch, dinner or a snack for unexpected guests.

I like these pancakes because I always have the ingredients at home hand. Green peas in the freezer, smoked salmon packed in the fridge. Yogurt and horseradish is also a must in my fridge. I don't always have smoke chives, then replace it with finely chopped onion.

The preparation of these pancakes is very simple and quick, and effect and taste... just good.


100 g of flour

1 egg

100 ml of milk


200 g of frozen green peas (fresh in season)

a bunch of spring onions with chives

150 g cold smoked salmon MOWI pure (6 slices)

6 tablespoons of thick yogurt

2 tablespoons of horseradish from a jar

frying oil


Put the frozen peas on a strainer and rinse for a while under it running lukewarm water, drain. In a bowl whisk together the egg, flour, milk and a pinch of salt to form a dough pancake. Chop the spring onion, add the white part and drained peas to it dough, mix.

In a small bowl, mix yogurt with horseradish, season a pinch of salt and add chopped chives.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and add portions dough, about a tablespoon per pancake. Fry on both sides until golden color.

Serve the pancakes right away, with yoghurt and horseradish sauce and a slice salmon.

Dzięki! Mam spory kawałem do makro, więc trochę to utrudnia sprawę 😉 mam nadzieję, że kiedyś pojawi się w ofercie jakiegoś sklepu internetowego typu Frisco albo Tesco.

Mam podobny problem, bardzo rzadko jeżdżę do makro bo mam daleko i również mam taką nadzieję 🙂
