We grill the fruit for a very short time, only until you get the characteristic black stripes. Such fruits are a great addition to a variety of arugula, lettuce or spinach salads.


I suggest preparing the salad dressing with fresh nectarine. Just mix the nectarine with olive oil, lemon juice and spices to get a delicious fruity dressing.


INGREDIENTS

  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 30 - 40 ml of olive oil
  • salt
  • chili flakes

  • 2 handfuls arugula
  • 1 handful basil
  • 250 g mini mozzarella
  • 100 g kindziuka sliced ​​
  • 5 grilled nectarines or peaches
  • sauce

PERFORMANCE

  1. Cut the washed nectarines in half and remove the seeds.
  2. We grill on both sides on a hot grill for a while.
  3. We can grill on a grill, on a grill pan or in an oven with a grill function.
  4. Sauce - cut the nectarine in half, stone it, mix it with honey and lemon juice, season with salt and chili.
  5. Put the rocket, grilled nectarines cut side up in a bowl or platter, add mozzarella, slices of kindziuk and basil leaves.
