Chocolate bars with expanded millet, peanuts, sesame and strawberries are an idea for an extremely easy-to-prepare snack.
Dry ingredients, such as nuts, grains, flakes and dried fruit, can be composed according to your own tastes. It is enough to pour the right amount of these ingredients into the warm mass of chocolate, butter and honey.
When we feel like sweet, we can confidently reach for a home-made bar, which is probably a healthier version of the "store" ones.
Ingredients
150 g of dark chocolate (in this case 100 g of dark chocolate with strawberry pieces and 50 g of 70% chocolate)
50 g butter
2 tablespoons of honey
80 - 100 g of expanded millet
200 g of roasted unsalted peanuts
20 g white sesame
10 g freeze-dried strawberries
Execution
Line a baking tin with dimensions of about 25 x 36 cm with baking paper.
In a bowl placed on a pot of boiling water, melt the butter, honey and chocolate. Take it off the heat and pour in the remaining ingredients. We mix gently but thoroughly so that all ingredients are combined with each other. Put the ready mass into the mold, press it lightly and even out the top.
Let it cool in the fridge until everything is firm. Then remove from the mold and with a sharp knife carefully cut into smaller pieces.
Enjoy your meal!
