
Kindziuk is a hard, long-smoked sausage, one of the delicacies of Lithuanian cuisine. It is prepared from chopped, good-quality pork with the addition of pepper, juniper, garlic and other spices. It is a sausage with exceptional taste, slightly sour, peppery and salty. As a result, it goes well with salads with the addition of fruit.

Ingredients
150 g mini mozzarella mini
100 g thin slices of kindziuk ripening sausage
100 g arugula
3 fresh figs
a handful of blackberries
a handful of cashews
2 tablespoons of olive oil olives
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of thick balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper
croutons

Execution
We spread the washed and dried rocket leaves on a large one platter. Cut the figs into quarters, drain the mozzarella from the pickle. On the leaves of arugula we arrange figs, blackberries, mozzarella, wrinkled pieces of dried sausage. Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with olive oil and vinegar. Finally, sprinkle with cashew nuts, sprinkle with thick vinegar balsamic. Serve with croutons.
