Yogurt and raspberry Valentine's hearts
We can prepare a yoghurt dessert from a variety of fruits. We used raspberry juice, which we covered with sugar in jars in the summer, and then pasteurized. You can also make this dessert with your favorite fruit jelly. Then yogurt, jelly and hot water are enough to dissolve the jelly (800g of yogurt, 2 jellies, 200ml of hot water). However, the juice version tastes more fruity and natural.
The form of serving the dessert is free, most often it is served in cups, glasses or jars. This time, with Valentine's Day approaching, we thought that a heart-shaped silicone muffin mold would be just right :-)
800g of natural yoghurt
25g of gelatin
150ml raspberry juice
150ml of water
20g of sugar (the amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the juice used)
150g of frozen raspberries
Raspberry jam to serve
Heat the juice with water, bring it to the boil. Take it off the heat, pour in the gelatin, stir it intensively until the gelatin dissolves perfectly.
Combine with natural yoghurt, mixing quickly. A blender or mixer works best at this point.
Put a few pieces of frozen raspberries in the molds. Quickly pour the ready mixture into molds and put it in the fridge until it is concentrated.
Take them out of the molds, serve them cold with the addition of raspberry jam.
