Half a kilo of peanuts, a strong blender and traditional peanut butter. Or maybe mix it up a bit, combine, spin...
Add tahini paste to the basic recipe, which will enrich the peanut butter with a halva note. If you like sweet butter, add honey, maple syrup, agave syrup or more seasonally - , that is dandelion syrup.
500 g unsalted peanuts
3 tablespoons of tahini paste
a pinch of salt
In a dry frying pan, gently toast the peanuts, stir all the time making sure they do not burn.
Put the peanuts into a mixer, add a pinch of salt and mix until you get a smooth, greasy mass. Then add the sesame tahini paste, dandelion honey and mix to combine the ingredients.
