Strawberry quick dessert or breakfast
Fresh strawberry fruit is tasty, light and healthy. Polish strawberries are the best, most juicy and delicious, so make sure you enjoy the season while it lasts.
Strawberries in honey with strawberry yoghurt with linseed can be served for dessert, but it is also a great idea for a delicious breakfast.
INGREDIENTS for 2 jars or glasses with a capacity of about 350 ml
- 400 g strawberries
- 20 g honey
- 10 ml lime juice
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- 20 g golden linseed
- 200 g strawberries, yoghurt and linseed mix and put in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the remaining strawberries into pieces, mix with honey and lime juice.
- At the bottom of two jars or glasses, place strawberries with honey, then pour the mixed yoghurt with strawberries and linseed. We can put a few fresh strawberries on top and sprinkle with linseed.
