No-bake tartlets with bananas, avocado on top of dried fruits - raw food

Raw food tartlets are only dried fruit, bananas, avocados and pomegranates. Tasty, healthy and dessert *.

Tovery simple, just soak the dates and mix with nuts and chips. Such a mass will replace shortcrust pastry in a raw food tartlet. Raw food in English means a raw diet that is gaining popularity all the time. The main rule of the raw food diet is to eat almost exclusively raw food, mostly plant-based.



80g pitted dried dates

30g coconut shrims

50g chopped pecans

1 tablespoon of cold pressed coconut oil

a pinch of salt


2 ripe avocados

1 large banana

4 tablespoons of lemon juice

3 tablespoons of maple syrup

1 tablespoon of coconut oil


coconut flakes

pomegranate seeds

whole pecans



Soak dates for about 20 minutes in warm water. Drain, chop, add the remaining ingredients and mix in a blender until a homogeneous, plastic mass is obtained. Cover the bottom of the tartlet molds with cling film, paste them with the nut mass and put them in the fridge for at least an hour.


Peeled avocado and banana mix with lemon juice, maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Fill the dried fruit bottoms with the mass and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.


Before serving, decorate with pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes and pecans.
