Chocolate cinnamon cookies

The addition of cinnamon makes the chocolate chip cookie recipe a good alternative to gingerbread, quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

175g butter

½ cups of brown sugar

2 eggs

½ vanilla sugar packets

1.5 teaspoons of baking powder

250g wheat flour

120g of potato flour

a pinch of salt

½ teaspoons of cinnamon

150 grams of dark chocolate

100g dark chocolate

1 tablespoon of butter

1 tablespoon of milk

White topping

100g of white chocolate

1 tablespoon of plain yogurt

Execution

Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until it is fluffy. Then add the eggs one by one and beat for a while, grate the chocolate and add to the mass. We mix all ingredients thoroughly. Sift the wheat and potato flour together with the baking powder and cinnamon onto the pastry board. We put the mass on it and knead the ingredients into a smooth dough. We put the cake in the fridge for at least an hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, roll the dough into a cake with a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm (it can be divided into smaller parts to make it easier), cut out the cakes with molds, combine the dough remains into a ball , we roll out again and cut out different patterns. Bake the cakes for about 10 minutes, after they cool down, decorate them with toppings and sprinkle them with various sprinkles as desired.

Toppings:

Dissolve the dark chocolate in a water bath, add butter and milk.

Do the same with white chocolate, melt it in a water bath and add natural yoghurt.
