Chocolate pancakes with vanilla cheese, bananas and rum

Chocolate pancakes are a dessert for both children and adults. It all depends on the additives with which we give them. Today we offer a recipe with bananas and rum, but they are also delicious with e.g. peanut butter, blackcurrant jam, etc.

What a rich pantry :-)

30g butter

80g dark chocolate

300ml milk

100ml of sparkling water

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 tablespoon of cocoa

2 eggs

1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

150g of fine flour

a pinch of salt

vanilla cheese wrap

caramelized bananas

Caramelized bananas

2 ripe bananas

1 tablespoon of butter

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

a pinch of cinnamon

orange juice

1 tablespoon of rum

Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath and cool it, add eggs, salt, cocoa, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, flour to the milk and mix everything together. Then add butter with chocolate, and finally sparkling water. Let it stand for about 1 hour.

To fry the first pancake, you can spread a little oil on the pan. Fry the pancakes with both, being careful that they do not overcook too much.

Caramelized bananas

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add brown sugar and orange juice, heat it for a while until it is slightly thickened. Then add the sliced bananas and rum, heat it for a while until the alcohol evaporates, being careful that the bananas do not fall apart.

Smear the pancakes with vanilla cheese, add the bananas, fold them into triangles and pour over the sauce made after caramelizing the bananas.
