Autumn has come to our gardens for good. I managed to harvest the last crops from the blackberry bush.
What to do with so little fruit?
The decision was made - buckwheat waffles with whipped cream and blackberries.
With the taste of the last fresh blackberries this year, we say goodbye to summer...
From this recipe we will get about 10 pieces of small waffles, the number and size depends on the waffle iron.
Ingredients
CAKE
200 g buckwheat flour
250 ml of milk
20 g of butter - melted, cooled
1 tablespoon of cane sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
To lubricate the waffle iron - 2 tablespoons of oil
APPENDICES
200 ml of 30% or 36% cream
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
blackberries - quantity at your discretion
Execution
CAKE
We mix all the ingredients for the dough with a bleneder.
We heat up the waffle iron.
Apply a small amount of oil to the top and bottom plates of the waffle iron, it is best to use a brush for this operation.
Put the dough in portions into a well-heated waffle iron - the amount depends on the size of the waffle iron - bake until golden brown. Put the finished ones on a grid to cool down.
EXTRAS
Whip the strongly chilled cream, add the powdered sugar at the end of churning.
Serve the waffles with whipped cream and decorate with blackberries.
Enjoy your meal!
