Scones, quick shortbreads, or maybe cookies? Perfect for breakfast with coffee or tea.
Scones are popular in the UK shortbread biscuits, or rather shortbread rolls.
It is a very simple and quick baking, perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.

Scones are prepared without yeast, using baking powder. After baking, they are crisp on the outside and slightly soft on the inside.
Add frozen black currants to the cassis scones. Fresh fruit is very delicate and releases juice, while such frozen black balls will be easier for us to combine with the dough.
