Millet with milk, or millet with grapes, orange, goji berries

If you want to eat something tasty and nutritious for breakfast, and as it happens in the morning you don't have much time, we suggest cooking millet the day before. Then in the morning we put as much groats as we like on warm milk, add fruit, pour sweet syrup  and eat ;-)

After such a warm and healthy breakfast, we can happily rush to work, school or other duties :-)

Ingredients per serving

4-6 tablespoons of cooked millet - as per recipe

200ml milk

a handful of grapes

1 orange - fillets

1 tbsp dried goji berries

1 tablespoon agave syrup


In a small saucepan, heat the milk, add the goji berries and previously cooked millet. Stir and heat for a while, finally add the fruit and remove from the burner. Put into a bowl, pour agave syrup. And that's it!

Out of common sense, we included 1 tablespoon of agave syrup in the recipe, but...  if you like it sweet ;-) don't be shy! It's breakfast, you'll be able to burn it ;-)
