
Colorful, layered jars!
This dessert is another idea of how we can use the products from the fridge that we have prepared and did not use a day or two earlier. This time it is black quinoa, which is not a cheap product, so not a single grain should be wasted.
We can eat this dish for a quick breakfast prepared the day before in the evening or treat it as a healthy and tasty dessert.
We give the proportions for example, they resulted from the amount of remaining groats and the capacity of the dishes used. There are no hard and fast rules here! Groats, fruit, yoghurt can be put in layers in various combinations and proportions, as we like, and at the same time so that nothing is wasted!
Ingredients for 3 jars, glasses - 200 ml each
50 g cashews
150 g mango pulp
about 10 tablespoons of plain yogurt
6 tablespoons of cooked black quinoa
3 teaspoons of maple syrup
3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
3 mango slices for decoration
Execution
Mix the mango and cashews into a mousse.
Layers in the jars according to the order (proportions per one jar, glass):
- 2 tablespoons natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons quinoa
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons mango and cashew nut mousse li
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
- mango slice for decoration
