Book review of Plants First - 101 Best Flexitarian Recipes

Each dish has been photographed, and the dishes in the photos look very appetizing. There is an icon next to each recipe that indicates whether the dish is vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and / or gluten-free. The authors also provide suggestions for changes that we can make to adapt the dish to our diet. An additional convenience is the division of the list of ingredients into those that we have to buy fresh and those that should be in each pantry.

If you want to eat healthier, but you do not want to completely give up meat, I recommend the Pollan family book Plants first of all .
