After baking, the feta cheese is crunchy on the outside and silky-soft inside. Juicy and warm grapes, honey, pepper and herbs go wonderfully with salty cheese. We serve the dish hot with the addition of crispy bread croutons.

  • 200 g hard feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 - 3 handfuls / bunches of grapes fresh or dried herbs - thyme, rosemary
  • red pepper grains
  • black ground pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Place the feta cheese in a casserole dish.
  3. Add the grapes. We can cover the cheese with whole bunches or only fruit.
  4. Pour the feta cheese with olive oil and honey.
  5. Add thyme and rosemary, red peppercorns and ground black pepper.
  6. At the end of baking, you can turn on the grill for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the grape feta hot with croutons, crackers or bread pita.
