Do you like granola? Do you make it at home or buy it ready in the store? The preparation of granola is extremely simple and quick, so make it at home. And the biggest advantage of such homemade granola is that we know what we eat and what we eat.


100g coconut oil

150g of honey

50g of cane sugar

200g millet flakes

300g of oatmeal

100g brown linseed

100g almonds - in bars or chopped

100g of walnuts - crushed into pieces

30g coconut shrims

1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt

4 tablespoons of cocoa

1 teaspoon of ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground cardamom


Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

We heat coconut oil, honey and sugar in a small pot, only until the ingredients dissolve, do not boil them. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix everything thoroughly.

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Line the baking tray with baking paper.

We spread the granola mixture on the prepared baking tray. Bake for about 30 minutes. Mix everything every 10 minutes so that all ingredients are evenly baked.

Let it cool in the oven turned off with the door open. After cooling, crush it in your hands and pour it into a large jar.

We can eat granola with milk, yoghurt, we can use it for layered desserts. I know people who eat it directly from the jar...
