Quinoa, or quinoa, is rich in nutrients groats. It comes in different varieties and colors ranging from white, light yellow, red to brown and even black. It is perfect as an addition to salads, soups, desserts.
After cooking, quinoa tastes bitter, so it's worth it before that, soak it and rinse it (I pour boiling water over it) in a strainer. How to cook the quinoa (quinoa), I suggest here . < / p>
250 g of cooked quinoa - quinoa ( as to cook quinoa?)
20 g almonds (roasted salted in my case)
30 g of dried tomatoes with oil
1 tablespoon of capers
2 + 1 tablespoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley leaves
Roast the almonds in a dry frying pan, lightly salt and cool -
if we have ready roasted salted almonds, this step is skipped. Cut the cooled almonds into a thicker one
Peel the peel of the avocado, remove the pit, cut the flesh into pieces and sprinkle with lime juice (1 tablespoon).
Drain the dried tomatoes from the pickle, cut them into strips or cubes.
Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of lime juice, chopped parsley parsley, salt and pepper.
Add dried almonds to the cooled quinoa tomatoes, capers, pour olive oil, lime and parsley sauce. We mix thoroughly, try and possibly season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the avocado and mix it very gently.
Enjoy your meal!
