Brazil nuts are tasty and healthy, they contain a lot of vitamins and minerals. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that Brazil nuts are the richest, natural source of selenium, so it is worth introducing them to our diet.

Nut mousse with yoghurt, cocoa, agave syrup is our proposal, how we can use Brazil nuts, for example, in layered breakfast jars.

Ingredients for two jars of 350 ml each

100 g Brazil Nuts

1 teaspoon of cocoa

2 tablespoons agave syrup

150 ml of natural yoghurt

3 figs

2 handfuls of blueberries

10 tablespoons of expanded millet

2 Brazil nuts for decoration

Blend the Brazil nuts into a powder, then add the yoghurt, cocoa and agave syrup and mix again until mousse.

Wash and dry the figs, cut one into thin slices and stick them to the inside of the jar. Cut the remaining two crosses from the top (do not cut them to the end) and open them slightly.

Fill the jars with the ingredients in the following order:

  • peanut mousse,
  • blueberries,
  • expanded millet,
  • nut mousse.

Finally, decorate with cut figs, expanded millet, blueberries and Brazil nuts.

Enjoy your meal!
