Crispy tacos shells filled with juicy beef stuffing
Tacos filled with your favorite filling can be served in hard, crunchy shells or in soft tortillas.
I recommend ready-made corn pancakes "taco schells", thanks to which we can prepare a delicious snack in a quick and easy way. Best of all, we can prepare a large portion of snacks, e.g. for a party, in a short time. It is enough that we can prepare the meat in advance and heat it up just before filling the shells. 500 g of ground beef
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
200 g of canned corn
200 g of red canned beans
1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/4 teaspoon hot chili pepper
1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
marinated onion - I recommend the recipe for red onion marinated in wine vinegar , honey and spices
ready made tacos or tortilla pancakes
Drain the corn and beans from the brine. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped onion and garlic for a while. Then add the ground beef and fry, stirring frequently. Season, add tomato paste, corn and beans, fry for a while, stirring all the time.
We fill the shells of tacos or tortillas with hot meat *, put a few slices of avocado, a tablespoon of yogurt, marinated onions and coriander leaves on top.
* In the case of tortillas, heat them in a pan and on the warm ones we put pieces of meat and other additives, fold them in half or roll them up like a pancake.
