Can you play with breakfast? Of course it is!
If we want to see a smile on our children's faces in the morning, let's prepare colorful toasts. Rainbow unicorn toast. We guarantee a surprise! The greater the consolation, the greater the joy.
Just mix neutral-tasting white cream cheese with natural dyes. We can play with colors as much as we want. We "painted" with colorful cheese sweet toasts, baked according to the recipe for coconut challah , we decorated with sweet sprinkles, so we did not sweeten the cheese. If you use traditional toast, it is worth sweetening the cheese with sugar or honey at your discretion.
The proportions of dyes are also conventional, the more dye, the more intense the colors. However, remember that if you use natural dyes, they have their own, often intense and characteristic flavors!

Ingredients
400 g cream cheese (e.g. beluga or president)
chunky toast or traditional toast
1 teaspoon of beetroot juice
1 teaspoon blueberry juice
1/2 tsp spirulina
1/2 tsp turmeric
colored sprinkles to decorate

Execution
In small bowls, mix the cheese with dyes (optionally, add sweetener at your discretion):
PINK
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 teaspoon of beetroot juice
DARK PINK
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 teaspoon of blueberry juice
GREEN
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon of spirulina
YELLOW
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
WHITE
The remaining white cheese will serve as a base

We spread cottage cheese as the base color on sandwiches.
Then, we put colored cheeses, one teaspoon of each color, in different places on the sandwich and with decisive movements, we smear the colors in a fanciful way, combining them with each other, being careful not to do not mix them. This procedure is best done with a butter knife or a spoon "painting" with the convex part. Let's try to create a rainbow, the technique is free, there are no strict rules here, it's all about having fun. You'll get used to it, you'll have a lot of fun with the next sandwiches.
Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles and you have rainbow unicorn toasts!
