Breakfast glasses - Quinoa - Pineapple - Kiwi - Peanut butter - Blueberries - Yoghurt

A colorful and delicious breakfast to start your day!


Eat breakfast in your favorite flavors and colors, and chances are the rest of the day will be nice and carefree.

I present another idea for a multi-layered breakfast dish, which we can also prepare the day before in jars and take with us to school, work, on a trip. We can treat such a multi-layered delicacy as breakfast, brunch dessert.

The basic component of the layers this time is white quinoa, or white quinoa. I recommend recipe for cooking quinoa .

We will also use the previously prepared chocolate peanut butter . When we mix them with natural yoghurt, we get a delicious nut mousse, which will be one of the layers of our dish.

Ingredients for two glasses - about 500ml glass

2-3 kiwi pieces

3 slices of pineapple (about 1cm thick), fresh or canned

6 tablespoons of blueberries

8 tablespoons of plain yogurt

2 tablespoons chocolate peanut butter

12 tablespoons cooked white quinoa < / a>

For decoration

2 cubes of dark chocolate

2 mint leaves

Execution

Peel the kiwi fruit and dice it or blend it lightly. We can leave two slices for decoration, cut a heart out of them and stick them to the glass from the inside before arranging individual layers.

Do the same with the pineapple - cut it finely or blend it.

Nut and yoghurt mousse - mix 4 tablespoons of yogurt with peanut chocolate butter.

We arrange the layers in the glass in the order:

2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt

2 tablespoons of quinoa

1 tablespoon of blueberries

3 tablespoons of shredded pineapple

2 tablespoons of quinoa

1 tablespoon of blueberries

3 tablespoons of yoghurt and nut mousse

2 tablespoons of quinoa

3 tablespoons of shredded kiwi

1 tablespoon of blueberries

Decorate with a square of dark chocolate and a mint leaf.
